  Only come here if you have nothing else to do during your day. Truly the worst bank service I have ever experienced. But they don’t care. No one cares.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. As a preferred member, I’m shocked that an employee couldn’t take 5 min to help me and instead insisted that I come back 4 hours later when it was convenient for them and not for me. Unreal. Went to TD bank and got what I needed immediately.

  I have banked with Bank of America for nearly 15 years and have lived all over the country. In most instances, I have been met with good and efficient customer service. Not the case with this branch. This is actually the branch I opened my account with all those years ago and I remember the service being significantly better than it is now. In my most recent experiences, the man who sits in the front desk, Giancarlo has been exceptionally rude to me on both occasions. The service is obscenely slow and it has been an overall miserable experience each I time I have had to conduct business there. Seriously considering switching to a new bank.
