  WORST experience I ever had. Recieved NO HELP. Ive never met a LAZIER group of women. I went in here asking for a copy of a Cashiers check I made and recieved at this branch which the women (Bank of America Employees) stated to me I have to contact BOA via telephone to recieve that. I contact boa via telephone and they advised to retrieve a copy of my cashiers check at the bank. I advised multiple women of my situation which they REFUSED to help me and wouldnt even check my account on their computers or let me operate my account on their computers as i was instructed to by the customer service rep over the phone. I couldnt even get a female to assist me in my situation. I cant believe the horrible customer service at this bank. I can only wonder how many more customers they lost due to their LAZY employees /staff.
