- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I love Avalon Cove in general for all the years I’ve been living here, until last year February when my upstairs neighbor start to play piano day and night. Constantly being woken up by this person on weekend and can’t rest after come home from work and after dinner. Wrote email to leasing office but was told my neighbor is not violating any rules. I got waken up at 7:47 AM this morning by piano, and yes today is Saturday. Worse thing is I don’t know which neighbor it is since it’s such a large community. Feels like they’re valuing my neighbor’s right of playing piano more than my right of being able to rest at my home.By Jiahui Li, December 21, 2017
